Goal

  • The client enterprise manages all its business activities on the ERP Microsoft Navision.
  • The Enterprise’s Management and business teams need to analyze in detail sales activities by transforming the ERP transactional sales data on detailed daily updated sales Dashboards and reports, throw a complete Microsoft BI project (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).

Result

  • Delivery of a complete and fully automated Microsoft BI platform from Data preparation and consolidation on a DataWarehouse throw SSIS Data Flows, then Data analytics processing on a Multidimensional Cube, to Sales Analysis on several SSRS Dashboards and Reports.
  • The Management and Business teams analyze in detail sales activities on several daily updated Dashboards and Reports.

  • Continuous collaboration with Management and Business teams during the project.
  • Collaboration with Management and Business teams to collect and formulate all the sales analytics requirements’ metrics and KPIs.
  • Identification of Data sources tables from the ERP Microsoft Navision such as Invoices, Customers, Products, Sellers, Countries, etc.).
  • Conception and implementation of the DataWarehouse on SQL Server Database.
  • Development and implementation of the ETL project and SSIS data Pipelines (data consolidation, data transformation, data Processing, Etc.) to load data from the ERP database to the DataWarehouse.
  • Development, processing, and deployment of the SSAS sales analytics multidimensional cube.
  • Development and deployment of several SSRS sales dashboards and reports. 
  • Incremental deliveries of sales Dashboards and Reports and their validation with the business team, until their complete validation.
  • Complete validation of the project with management and business teams and its deployment on the Run servers.
