  • The client’s B2B customer relationships business teams (who are installed in different geographical locations) work with several Qlikview apps that need evolution to meet the additional business analytics requirements and need new QlikView apps for new business analytics requirements.
  • The client’s B2B internal IT team needs to automate several manual data preparation and cleaning processes executed weekly by a dedicated team which cost an additional budget.
  • The client need help from a senior BI consultant on both the business analysis side and technical implementation side, to accompany simultaneously several business teams on the development of their QlikView apps, and the IT team on the automation of their actual manual data preparation processes.

Result

  • Delivery of new versions of the actual QlikView apps with additional business metrics and KPIs that meet the new business needs.
